Enterprise and government-aligned Microsoft 365 tenant and solution architecture. Establishes identity, collaboration, security, and governance for long-term ownership.  

M365 Engineering & Operations (SE-002)

Operational engineering and delivery across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including endpoint management via Microsoft Intune, device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and lifecycle governance. Supports tenant administration, Azure resource management, identity-integrated operations, and ongoing platform stability across cloud and endpoint layers. Includes direct remote support of Windows devices, covering troubleshooting, configuration, security hardening, and remediation performed via remote access.

M365 Development & Automation (SE-003) 

Advanced development, automation, and integration across Microsoft 365, Azure, and the Power Platform. Includes Azure Functions (Linux/Python-based), API development and integration, Microsoft Graph orchestration, event-driven architecture, and AI-enabled automation. Extends platform capabilities through scalable, code-backed solutions designed to reduce manual operational overhead and support complex business workflows.

M365 Security & Compliance (SE-004) 

Security controls and compliance implementations for regulated environments. Supports audit readiness, risk management, and enforceable security posture.

M365 Migration & Modernization (SE-005) 

Planned migration and modernization of Microsoft 365 workloads. Supports controlled transition, workload alignment, and post-migration stabilization.

M365 Azure Integration, Development & AI (SE-006) 

Azure-based development and integration services across Microsoft 365 and Azure. Includes API development, Microsoft Graph integrations, event-driven automation, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-platform data integration. 

M365 Licensing & CSP Management (SE-007) 

Licensing and subscription management services for Microsoft 365 and related cloud platforms. Supports license provisioning, subscription alignment, billing coordination, and entitlement management. 

CMMC Level 1 Compliance and Self-Certification Support (SE-008) 

Assessment, implementation, and self-certification preparation for CMMC Level 1 compliance aligned to FAR 52.204-21. Services include gap assessment, technical control implementation across Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, security hardening aligned to all 17 Level 1 practices, and documentation support for the Annual Affirmation submission to SPRS. Delivered entirely via remote access. No on-premises delivery is included. Scope covers Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Windows endpoint hardening. CMMC Level 1 is packaged and delivered as an integrated Microsoft 365 and Windows solution. This service does not constitute legal or regulatory advice and does not guarantee assessment outcomes or contract award.

​​Platform Coverage

Delivery spans the full Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud ecosystem. Identity and access management includes Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management, Access Reviews, and external identity collaboration. Endpoint and device management include Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance enforcement, configuration management, application deployment, and secure endpoint lifecycle control. Direct remote support of Windows devices is also provided, including hands-on troubleshooting, configuration, and security remediation via remote access tools. Security and compliance capabilities include Microsoft Purview for retention, records management, DLP, eDiscovery, audit, and information protection, along with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and related threat protection controls. Work is performed with consideration for regulated and GCC-aligned environments, including auditability and security boundary enforcement. Azure platform services include Azure Functions, Function Apps (Linux/Python), Azure resource management, identity-integrated services, API development and integration layers, and event-driven cloud architectures. Solutions may leverage Azure-native services to enable scalable, secure, and modular application patterns. Power Platform delivery includes Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse, with emphasis on enterprise governance, environment strategy, and integration with Azure and external systems. AI-enabled workflows, classification systems, and intelligent automation patterns may be implemented across services where applicable. Collaboration and content workloads include SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva components, and Stream on SharePoint, with governance and lifecycle considerations applied across each service. Messaging platforms include Exchange Online, mail flow architecture, retention, and security controls. End-user productivity and extensibility include Microsoft 365 Apps such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, including advanced automation through Office Scripts, VBA, add-ins, and integration patterns. Supporting workloads may also include Forms, Planner, To Do, Loop, and Whiteboard as required by the environment.
